I'm Alisha Gordon. I founded and ran a national nonprofit — building The Current Project from an idea into a nationally recognized organization and raising $1M+ along the way. Fifteen-plus years of building systems, running teams, and keeping mission-driven organizations moving, through political campaigns, national faith-based organizations, and now narrative strategy and capacity building.
I partner with organizations two ways: as a fractional or interim executive leader embedded in your team, and as a facilitator and designer of the learning experiences and strategies that move people forward.
Fractional / Interim Executive Director
I serve as the senior leader — strategy, staff, board, funders, daily operations — and keep the organization moving through growth or transition.
Facilitation
I lead retreats, convenings, board sessions, and staff workshops: structured, honest conversations where the real work gets done.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & PROGRAM DESIGN
I design learning journeys that actually work, and lead development experiences for people stepping into bigger roles — where leadership is a practice, not a title.
STRATEGIC PLANNING
I guide teams through the real questions: where are we going, what's in the way, and what will we actually do about it.
Who this is for
